🐾 Cassie: The Gentle Heart 🐾

Cassie experienced some upheaval in her life when her owner went into palliative care. Despite this however, this resilient girl is showing just how much love she still has to give. Although she started out shy, it took only a week under our care for her true personality to shine through.

Now Cassie greets us with purrs and gentle nudges, eagerly asking for attention and affection. She has a healthy appetite and continues to grow more confident every day.

Cassie lived with her sister Bobbi, and while they get along well, they are not bonded and do not need to be adopted together. Cassie would do best in a calm and patient environment where she can continue to feel safe and loved. We are still assessing if Bobbi gets along with other cats aside from her sister, and we don’t know how she feels about dogs.
