Meet Chelsea: A Shy but Sweet Little Lady Looking for Love

Chelsea’s journey hasn’t been the easiest. Rescued from a multi-cat home, she arrived at our shelter as a young mother, caring for her kitten. Her little one has found a loving home but Chelsea is still waiting for her turn.

This quiet, gentle girl may seem standoffish but don’t let that fool you! She enjoys attention but may not seek you out for it at first. If you take the time to go to her, she’ll lean into your touch with a soft purr. When she’s comfortable, you’ll often see her kneading away – she’s a regular biscuit maker!

Chelsea is a calm and peaceful presence, happy to coexist with other cats but possibly at her best as someone’s cherished one-and-only. We’re already seeing her confidence grow, and in a home with a set routine, she will truly bloom.

Due to her shy nature, Chelsea will do best in a private showing where she can be seen at her most comfortable. All she needs is someone willing to give her a chance. Could that be you?
