    Our favorite grey Manx-cross is back, and frankly, she’s a little embarrassed for all of you. Penny has officially returned to the building because she’s not just a cat—she’s a lifestyle choice. If you’re looking for a fluffy pillow that enjoys being hauled around like a sack of potatoes, move along. Penny is for the elite cat lovers only.

    💅 The “Penny” Requirements:

    The “Solo Act” Clause: She lived with a dog and a cat, but she made it very clear she prefers a “separate living” situation. She certainly doesn’t like the other cats at the shelter either, so she is restricted to her condo – poor girl 🙁

    Translation: She must be your single pet. Period.

    Adults Only: She needs a quiet, mature home. No sticky-handed toddlers or loud surprises.

    Personal Space: Penny has a bite history and is not a fan of being picked up. She’s a “consent is key” kind of girl. If you can’t read a cat’s body language, this isn’t the match for you.

    Cat Savvy Owners Only: If you don’t know the difference between a “happy purr” and a “warning rumble,” don’t apply. She needs a human who respects the hustle.
